I Have Some Extra Settlements In Montana And Prospere
So... i installed some mods to Just Cause 3 (Redundancy Alert) and while exploring Striate I Found Out That There's Two "Undiscovered Settlements" in Montana and Prospere, with the village icon and i cannot liberate the provinces and is a pain in the ass to get attacked by soldiers every 5 minutes when i pass from there. Any Idea of What Happens?

There are no villages in either of those provinces, or even in Insula Striate. You're ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
