Simpsons Train Easter Egg

I wanted to find out what was at the bottom of the 3 locations on the map when your on the train. I did this mainly cause I thought no one has done this before.

Brockway

Surface: Urga Racek Heli, and a Fire Leech rocket launcher.
Underwater: Small platform not far from the surface, maybe a few meters. No visible reason why its there. Poll holding up platform, ends after a little while of swimming down, bottom of it does'nt have a texture so you can see through it.
Seafloor: Nothing but grass and rocks.
Nothing of much interest for Brockway.

Ogdenville

Surface: Urga Racek Heli, and a UPU-210 grenade Launcher.
Underwater: Same platform as Brockway. Ends the same way as Brockway.
Seafloor: Grass and rocks.
Nothing of much interest for Ogdenville either.

North Haverbrook

Surface: Oddly nothing.
Underwater: No platform like Brockway and Ogdenville had.
Seafloor: Again, grass and rocks.
Absolutly nothing here. This one is for theories I guess. Maybe a future DLC? Doubtable because of Avalanche working on JC4 now.

yes i believe that in the same locations there were new islands added in dlcs
