so after downloading the multiplayer mod can we play story missions together? or free roam in coop? or are there exclusive missions for that?

It’s only free roam. No missions and (last time I played) no enemies or NPCs

The free roam does not have traffic oder NPC`s in it does it? That this game does not have a coop mode is still one of the most mind boggling choice i have ever seen.
