Mods not working
I've installed some mods half a year ago and they worked back then and even when I reinstalled the game a few months later. Now, another couple months later I reinstalled it once again and the mods are still there but don't work anymore. I am using the No Intro mod and Extended Texture Budget. Did the game version update since earlier this year?

I haven't set any launch options for JC3, does it need them to get the mods working? That would be weird tbh, because last time I reinstalled the game I could swear I didn't mess with the launch options and it still worked.
It might have remembered them for some reason last time you installed it (Steam works in mysterious ways). Just Cause 3 requires launch options in order to even know to look for mods. If you go to justcause3mods.com, any mod should have info about what exactly to put there.

It hadn’t been updated in a loooong time. Does your game have launch options?
