Don't buy the Just Cause 3: Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass Until it fixed.

I confirm it don't work! after I buy the Expansion Pass, the DLC not show up, people keep told you it will show up until some mission, but I finish the game 100% is till not show up, after some research, each DLC need to download individual, if you but the expansion pass, it won't let you download the individual contents.
How I confirm it, I had verify the game, uninstall and redownload the game, it still not work, after few months of trying, I try to buy each DLC individual, now steam really download extra 4G data, so it mean the 3 Expansion Pass was broken,
Don't buy it until the developer have fix it!!!!

If any one buy the Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass and can't play the DLC, Please reply this post

No, you should buy the DLC's. Because they do work, and you are doing something wrong.

Make sure it is actually downloaded, and it says that it is installed. They, try to restart your game again (Hopefully that won't be a problem). I'm pretty sure the first DLC mission starts after you complete the mission called 'Connect the Dots'. It is very early on in the game, so its ok. After you complete Connect the Dots, in the middle of the giant northern island, you should see a new mission- the first DLC mission.

If you buy the Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass, It won't let you download the DLC individual, it won't download anything, it just say you the Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass, and each DLC individual, not showing, you don't have them.

It must be have some bug about how the game assess the steam API, so steam don't think you have that 3 x DLC.

After I purchasing each DLC individual, the missions show up. It is 100% bug!!

Alright you know what, im just gonna give up. Instead of constantly saying 'its a bug, they tricked us, its broken!', take at least a LITTLE TIME to actually TRY and do stuff. Thats exactly what I and hundreds, maybe thousands of other people did. And it worked for all of us.

I told you I done 100% the base game and it won't work,
After I purchasing each DLC individual then it work, That is Logic.

Maybe it broken at some point, so some people think its work. but now its broken.

Not the whole game broken, it is the "Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass" broken.
if you have the base game, and then buy the "Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass" , it just won't work.

Yeah, I think they do represent hundreds of people. The game hasn’t been patched in years and you are the ONLY person experiencing this. Look at the DLC tab under game properties and see if it’s installed or not. Make a copy of your save (documents / square enix / Just Cause 3 / Saves) and try restarting the campaign. It’s really not hard. You’re freaking out over what is most likely nothing at all

Just Cause 3: Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass don't include
Bavarium Sea Heist Pack
Reaper Missile Mech
Sky Fortress Pack

I don't know what is included, I brought Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass , none of that 3 DLC
appear in mission, I had 100% finish base mission.
but when I brought that 3 DLC individual (that mean I have 4 DLC), the mission show up.
What happened when I refund that 3 DLC, all mission gone. The game said I can't play DLC,

Make is clear, I mean if you only have base game, and brought Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass later, then no DLC show up.

I've played through 6 - 7 times and I've never had a problem with the expansion pack, just make sure they are installed still. Refunding a pack then uninstalls the pack.

Works fine for me. In fact I found them by accident during my playthrough of the main game. You must be doing something wrong, make sure you have them installed via the DLC tab.

I am seeing a pattern here, everyone but op has it working, yet op is insisting its not something on their end... strange that.

If people cannot accept logic, then there is nothing you can do.

Yup. That's exactly why I just gave up on him.
