Mission 1 act 3/9

I've completed successfully up to Mario's Rebel Drops (mission 3) but can't see to unlock the next mission- I've travelled to the lower island (can't remember it's name) but no cutscene has been triggered- has anyone else had this happen, if so, what do I do to get back on track?!

Is the mission there but greyed out? If so you probably have to liberate more of the area to progress

I couldn't even see the mission, I'm tempted to restart and pay attention to what the characters say as I think I may have missed vital intel. I have liberated all of the first "county" and the one next to it (again can't remember their names) so I guess I got distracted by the side quests and didn't listen to the advice of what to do.
