how to get cars / access garage?
how do i get the drop packages or get the cars i delivered to garages? i cant find any of this stuff in the options menus....

It has to be unlocked first. It is very early on, just do a few story missions.

It's not in the options menu, but rather in the comlink (default "Tab" key). There should be a tabbed header labelled "Rebel Drop" where you will find all gear and vehicles available to you. This assumes you have completed the early mission where you have to drop off a scooter to one of Mario's garages. If you haven't encountered that yet, keep playing story missions.

oh ok i didnt do but 2 missions and just jump started the provincial meltdown business. thanks guys.
