Do the rebel drop beacons respawn?

I wanna know because I do not remember. Also is there any gear mod that eliminates the necessity for having the beacons or something?

Yes they respawn and no there's no in-game mod to get rid of the need for them. There are however downloadable mods that will do it

Worth noting that beacon drops are pretty much everywhere. There is a subgame of mini quests to unlock beacon drops. Turns out that the drop sites are always unlocked and all the mini game does is identify them on your map. All you need to know is that you can find beacons at every Frigo Garage, gas station and liberated outpost even if they are not marked on the map.
