How do I get more flares?

I'm doing the Stingray mission. My boat got blown up twice, and I don't have any more flares for a drop. I'm stuck on one of the Radar things in the middle of the ocean.
What should I do??
Is there a way to start that whole mission again? I really don't want to, since I was about a third of the way through.

Can anyone help me please?

die and respawn or go to the closest gas station after you've completed a side mission

How does that work with going to a Gas Station, after doing a side mission?
What are you calling a side Mission btw? The challenges?

no, i mean side mission as like taking a car with no fuel to a gas station, saving rebels from the military, etc

I had the same question but I found it, it shows up like the racing missions and things like that. I found some on Soros, so I’m guessing they are at rebel bases
