Someone still got this mod working with their game and how?

It's not a mod, having unlimited C4 is in the base game, so go ahead and use all you want.

It is not about ammo but planting more than 5 explosives.

No, it's a gear mod, in the base game. It's called More Explosives II and it bumps your max level of explosives up to 5.

I misread his comment as something about boosting the limit to 5.
Anyway, I don't really have any experiences with modding. Have you tried googling a solution or anything like that?
