Stowaway mission not appearing

I have the DLC, and I'm in Meastrale, it's simply not appearing. (ps, I've also played Sky Fortress incase thats necessary)

I assume you mean the mission that starts the Mech Land Assault DLC. The following post lists how far into the game you need to be before each of the DLC become available.
