When do you get to play the DLC missions when you start a new game?

Sky Fortress unlocks after A Terrible Reaction, and I don't know about the others. Mech Land Assault might be the same, after A Terrible Reaction.

1. Sky Fortress unlocks after the fourth mission, A Terrible Reaction, where you take out the militia in Costa Del Porto, then commandeer the gunship and escort Mario to safety.
   
2. Mech Land Assault unlocks after the sixth mission, Conflicting Interests, where you infiltrate Vigilator Nord and locate the scanner, then head to Cima Leon.
   
3. Bavarium Sea Heist unlocks after the eleventh mission, Connect the Dots, where you leave Insula Fonte for Insula Dracon, take down the enemy ships, then meet up with Annika and Teo.
