Can't claim Guardia Maestrale I
I completed all the missions, including the one based in Guardia Maestrale I, but it won't recognize the settlement as claimed, even though all the rebel banners are everywhere etc, and the list of settlements is 3/4 complete. The missing one seems to be Guardia Maestrale I. A bug?

That wasn't me, but yes I did. I looked through guides etc, and determined that this was the last one. It's not in the list when you go to the map and click on the province, there is one that's just 'Undiscovered settlement' (or something) and nothing on the map where Guardia Maestrale I is.

I completed the mission based there before really discovering it. Maybe that's something to do with it?
