yeah, I think you hit tab and it brings up more choices. Demolish should be one. Be aware that if you close the game for any reason, you must restart from the beginning.

Try B for build mode, then TAB for more options.

Hi when you open the wheel of action (for crafting buildings and worlbenches) you got a bomb symbol, that's what to use to demolish anything you craft for building
