Does anyone know where the puzzle for A3 and the machinegun are?

Im doing NG+ and still cant figure for the life of me where i should find the codes.

It's on the wall, opposite the door to the sub machine gun.

Generally all current door or locker codes are located very close to the lock, with the exception of a couple.
