The Killing Antidote Codes, Collectables and Secrets
By Klare
This guide is now mostly content complete, I will make some small edits to make it more consistent, however, I will continue to make updates as things may change due to early access. I have done my best to avoid spoilers, but please be aware the collectables section is meant for a second play through and I have used some information to identify areas where collectables are.
I have given both a hint as well as the codes for those that still want to try and figure the answers out.

Contents:
Before Beginning
Unlocking Challenge Modes
Key Codes
Weakened Walls
Element-Z Badges
Golden Skull Statues
Hard Drives
Collectable Figures

To Do List:
QA the whole guide- I have now uploaded everything I originally wanted to. All that is left is to make sure I iron out any typos, add missing images, and improve photo quality in some areas. I will also do a pass on the text to make sure the guide is as clear and concise as it can be.

This is my first time writing a guide, I assume there will be room for improvement.
Constructive feedback is very welcome!

I DO NOT give permission for this guide to be fully or partially uploaded to any external websites or platforms! If you would like to host it please have the decency to ask for permission first!

Before Beginning
Some sections will be inaccessible to Jodi on your first play through, this means you will not be able to get some hard drives and collectables on your first run. There are currently four locations that are blocked off on the first play through, I will outline them below.
With the exception of the shower chase scene with the Devourer, you can backtrack to all other sections of the story mode. However, be careful not to drop down the hole at the bottom of the large stairwell if you have not left the elevator to B2 powered on, this will trap you on B2 and you will not be able to finish the game. Another soft lock are is on A1, there is a pit with three hanging Squirters, do not fall into this pit, you will have to load an earlier save as there is no way to get out.

Sealed Areas During First Run

1/4 A2 Corridor

At the very beginning of the game you will enter an office, once you proceed and leave this room there will be a shelf blocking the path to your right. This leads to the storage box where you can retrieve items from challenges and previous story runs. No items carry over from your first play through.

2/4 B2 Tunnels

In the lower tunnels you will get to an elevator on B2 where you can escape this area, opposite the elevator doors is a door blocked by a shelf, it contains the Wedding Veil and a Golden Skull Statue, you cannot get the Veil, but you can shoot the Skull.

A5 Lounge corridor

The highest floor you can take the elevator to is A5, however, this floor is completely blocked off for now. On this floor is a bedroom with a shower, this room contains a hard drive and the Wedding Dress (Once all hard drives are collected). Beyond the lounge is a second combat room, where if you survive all waves you unlock a door that leads to a back office and a hard drive.

A1 Elevator corridor

Similar to A5, if you take the elevator to A1 the floor is almost immediately sealed off. This corridor leads to several traps and a clothing item. Be careful not to fall into the pit, there is no way out.
Unlocking Challenge Modes
The challenge modes offer a variety of different ways to play, and offer the chance to find new outfits for Jodi. Some of these game modes are locked until certain items have been collected, these items will be listed below.

1/4 A2 Control room

Check the photograph on the notice board, this will unlock Centralized Control Area. This is in the room near the beginning of the game where you press a button on a wall to unlock double doors.

2/4 B1 Watter supply room

The toy plane on top of the middle water tank unlocks Abandoned Hanger.

3/4 A3 Monitoring office

There is a heart drawn in blood outside a locked office (Code: 1314), inside this room is a notice board, check the photo to unlock Desperate Weepers.

4/4 E0 Fan tunnels

After escaping the Devourer, you will have to go through a large tunnrl with a fan, after opening a door in this area you will come to a small set of stairs. The Pumpkin Baby statue can be seen in this room and it unlocks Nightmare Castle.

Jodi's office

This is the collection I have so far, to date I have found 13 collectable figures. 12 in story mode and 1 in the Abandoned Hanger challenge mode. As mentioned earlier, there is at least one figure (Nutcracker) from the play test that I have not found in this version, I cannot confirm if it is in the early access version.

Audio Files
The list may not be complete, as there was no reward for finding them all, I also feel there was a large section of the level that had no audio files. If you notice any I have missed or not found, please let me know and I will update.
The audio files are much easier to find compared to the other collectables, I believe this is because they help to expand the story.

1/14 A2 Corridor

Guard Captain, April 5th, 2033. Just after you climb over the first wooden crate you will enter a corridor with a large blood stain. The first audio file is halfway down this corridor.

2/14 A2 Small room

Staff Member, April 5th, 2033. In front of the A2 Data Room there is a small room with a bed frame, on top of this is a box with an audio file on it.

3/14 A1 Warehouse storage

Staff Member, April 3rd, 2033. After opening the double doors from the control room, you will enter a storeroom with multiple shelves. At the back before the tight stairwell is a shelf with an audio file on it.

4/14 A1 Warehouse storage

Staff member, April 5th, 2033. After dropping down from A3 to A1 you will have to crouch through a vent with four crawlers, you will exit into a tiny storeroom. After this you will come to a set of wooden doors with a red X on it, the audio file is on the ground in front of it.

5/14 A2 Data Room

Storage Depot- Captain, April 3rd, 2033. Once you reset the code for the A2 data room to 0000 and open the door, you will see the audio file inside on a table.

6/14 A3 Planning department

Researcher, January 13th, 2033. The audio file is on the large table inside the planning department office.

7/14 A4 Waiting area

Researcher- Jessie, April 5th, 2033. Outside the armory with the submachine gun is a couple of shelves, the audio file is on the left one. These shelves will be moved after turning the water heating on, so this area will look slightly different on your first visit.

8/14 D3 Atrium

Logistics supervisor, March 19th, 2033. On the second floor of the atrium, you will find a blocked door to the D3 Staff Quarters; to the right of this door is a smashed wall. Go through the gap in the wall and you will see the audio file on a small desk.

9/14 B1 Pump Room

Researcher- (Chinese characters), April 5th, 2033. You will find the audio file sitting on top of a barrel in the pump room where you turn the water heating on. It will be in front of you as you enter.

10/14 B3 Tunnels

Staff member, April 4th, 2033. After the cutscene where Jodi ends up at the bottom of the large stairwell, you will be in some tunnels. As you approach a vent that you have to crawl through you will see the audio file in front of the vent entrance.

11/14 B2 Body bag room

Staff member- Nameless, April 4th, 2033. This audio file is found in the room that has hanging bodies and body bags. It is on the metal shelf on the right-hand wall as you enter.

12/14 A4 Waiting area

Staff member- MHY April 4th, 2033. After you escape the tunnels using the elevator you will reach A4 and have to use explosives to proceed. On the other side of this jump you will find a waiting room that loops back to the A4 elevator corridor. The audio file is in this waiting room, at the back next to the door.

13/14 A4 Tiny room

Staff member (Chinese characters) Jan 1st,1. (Likely a typo in game) After you use the white key card you will have to climb up on two wooden crates to reach a balcony. Once you go through the door on this level you will enter a tiny room, the audio file is on at metal shelf inside.

14/14 A1 Elevator access

Security officer- (Chinese characters), April 5th, 2033. Once you get to the elevator control room, power it to A1. As you exit the elevator you will see the audio file dead ahead on a row of seats.

Weakened Walls
A1 warehouse secret

Use an explosive on the cracked wall and climb up on the fishing container.

A1 storeroom secret

Use an explosive on the cracked wall visible in the area with railings and a steep drop . Jump on the aircon units from floor A3.

B2 Tunnels secret armory one

After a cut scene where Jodi falls down the stairwell, there will be an armory visible after crawling through a vent. Use an explosive to break the cracked wall, you will then need to work your way around to the back.

B2 Tunnels secret armory two

(UPDATE: This cracked wall no longer exists, there is a door to get to this area now)While searching the tunnels and looking for the wall you broke for the first tunnel secret you will come across another one. It will be near a shelf and a wire fence.

Stairwell secret

In the stairwell you will come across a door that requires a red key card, to its right is a cracked wall, use an explosive on it to get inside.

Yeah, I didn't know about the melee trick either until I decided to try it out on my second playthrough because I was curious.

@William JCM
That is a good point, never thought about including it earlier in the list. Also, I never knew you could use melee to open doors. I did know throwing the axe could do it though.

For the "D2 small room with broken ceiling" badge, you can actually get it at the beginning of the game, when you visit the room to grab the pistol. Just shoot the lock/handle a few times (or whack it with a melee weapon to save ammo, though it's harder to be accurate), and you can open the door and get the goodies behind it, including the badge.

I found most skulls in area two, but I think the reload save before interacting with a bed or storage bugs the skull count.

I do have a continued save, from run two. So with pre-existing items etc, because this is run 3 for me. I do have bugs with non-spawning items however, so maybe take that into account? Especially post bugfix patch?
