Still cant get it to run

When I try to start this game it gets to the Made with Unity screen where it stops. I have an hourglass like its trying but it goes no further. At that point I cant even tab out. My options are to force shutdown with the power button, or sign out AND then restart. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but its still the same thing. Intel I5-12400 16GB ram which has been checked Radeon RX 6700 XT MSI SPATIUM M450 M.2 SSD edit: I have no problem running other steam mmorpg's such as project go...

That message is as far as I get when trying to enter the game. Tried from 2 ISPs to be sure it wasn't a network issue. Is this expected right now?

Black Screen

Is this game undergoing maintenance? Or did it upgrade it's spec? I've now decided to reinstall this game after about two weeks during which my issue was being stuck on "transitioning to area". Now I'm having an issue where the game gets stuck on black screen after the "Made with unity" screen intro. It almost freezes my PC as this happens. My laptop is i5 4200U, 8Gb memory. I have no firewall set up, and my antivirus is turned off....
