Spider Boss Issue/bug

after the 2nd time the boss retreats up its web and attacked me with the smaller spiders, and i murdered them. the boss stayed in its web, completley uninterested in continuing the fight. had to restart the mission.

This is a known bug, it's on the bug list.

i had a quick search and found mention of a crash issue but not this one, guess i didnt look hard enough

i have the same problem with the spider queen.
so how can i continue my story? because looks like, i'm stuck now... :(

had to restart the mission twice b4 it stopped bugging out

Also someone posted mobs are outside the map if you run along the wall and press target lock on you will target the spiders and be able to kill them with your guitar.

yea I ALMOST had this problem but lcukely the spider went of the web after 20 secs i was almost like NOOO not such a stupid bug

but geuss i got lucky

I never encountered this bug (can't say the same for the queen herself, need a bigger toilet to flush her down)
Although it's good to know and now I can watch out for it.

Why is this still happening? Surely there should have been a fix for this?

You have to use the target button and look for spiders hiding behind the walls, yeah that's right the freaking spiders glitch and roam outside the combat zone but you can use the target button and blast em with the lightning skill from your guitar.

yeah this worked for me run along the sides and listen for the spiders when you can hear you ar near them just target lock and use your guitar
