Individual orders for squad

How to use individual orders on PC? I'm stuck with last tower in quest "Fists shall fall".

Press and hold your use button, the unit will then flash blue, then issue a command.

Hold your Double Team button, just like on the console. Defaults to E, unless you changed it.

i am having problums wiht this aswell.. when i press e noting happens :S

First, you can select that tower, and then hold down "E" in squade.
