The only ones I know are from the demo on PS3, but ever since I first played it many moons ago, I feel compelled to scream "DECAPITATIOOOOOOON" every time I see someone get their head cut off in a video game.

And then there's the line from the live-action opening that I only just saw with the beta: "It's not just gonna blow your mind...it's gonna blow your soul." Then again, Jack Black makes every line hilarious.
