Relic Raiser not working..?

I looked up just to make sure I was doing it right for it to open but it won't work. Anyone else have this problem? I bought the game last night but I just started it like an hour ago.

Are you sure you're standing in the area containing a relic that can be raised? You need to be either very close or in the red flowers to use that solo. If there are no red flowers surrounding the object, Relic Raiser isn't what you need to unlock it. If it's a bound and gagged dragon statue you need to lockon and use the guitar's charged Pyro attack. If it's a chained Legend you need to use the melee + guitar Earthshaker attack.

It'll tell you when you can use it, the flowers are the cue.

I figured it out. The lag was messed up.
