Cant get past the "sea of black tears" stage battle

OBS. I HAVE ALLREADY COMPLETED THE BATTLE AND I DONT NEED ANY HELP. BUT FEEL FREE TO ANSWER ANYWAYS IF SOMEONE ELSE WOULD FIND THIS AND NEEDING HELP. i ALSO ADDED MY WAY OF COMPLETING IT IN THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.

EXPLANATION OF MY PROBLEM:
So i start the battle and get all four merch boots in front of the bridge. Then im waiting until i have enough fans. Im upgrading the stage so i can spawn the rock crusher and as many other units i can and place them on the bridge. Then i use the rock crusher to destroy the towers.
This far its really easy. BUT! After that Ophelia sends a full f***ing assault that completelly slaughters all my units. I try to respond with spawning new units but they get slaughtered faster than they can kill so many enemies wich leeds to them conpletelly overruning me and my stage and destroyes it.

WHAT I WANT YOU TO DO.
Now i want to know exactlly what to do to win this sh*t. What units to spawn and when. A step by step explanation would be really appreciated.

HOW I COMPLETED THE MISSION:
The first fan points i used to upgrade the stage and spawn Headsplitters and a Rock crusher(a must to complete the mission). After capturing all the fan booths and killed the enemies on the bridge i went for the towers. If you want to do it this way make sure you have as many headsplitters as possible and a good amount of fan points wich you will probably need, 2000-3000 should be more than enough(i have no idea how many you need but thats what i had and i never ran out of points). I placed the headsplitters in the beginning of the bridge. I destroyed the towers with the rock crusher and waited for Ophilias assault. When they came in range i attacked them with the"sword of bladehenge". And then i headed back for the headsplitters standing in the beginning sadly they destroyed my rock crusher. But then I used fan points to spawn a new rock crusher and ordered the headsplitters to attack. When i came back after getting the rock crusher the headsplitters had almost killed all the enemies. So i killed the last of them and went for Ophilias stage when i arrived there i ordered the headsplitters to attack the stage and used the rock crusher to get an other merch booth and after i got that merch booth it said "Brütal victory" because then the headsplitters destroyed the stage.
Any questions about my explenation i will try to answer as good as i can.

First time I hear that you can change the difficulty, I'm feeling like an idiot lol
The only one giving me trouble was "Sea of Black Tears", the comeback with the Walking Tree guy was insane but the rest was fine. Dry Ice, Wet Graves can be easily done by rushing at the Fan Geisers and attacking Ophelia's own Geisers quickly and the final battle I always clean the ground, then I setup some lil' army (8-12 headbangers, 4-8 razor girls, 1 Thunderhog) for rush to the heads, when the first head is down, before going to kill the defeated one, I order my troops to attack the 2nd head, so when I kill the 1st head, the 2nd also gets defeated so I just hurry to kill it as fast as possible. The units have strengths and weaknesses against other unit types. It's best to spawn the Burning Barons, and Metal Beasts, since they are the best with dealing with melee/infantry units. Great, since Ophelia's troops are slow, yet more numerous.

Also don't forget to use your rifts and buffs, and especially the 'Buring Sun' rift. This will negate all debuffs. Have a few bouncers to deal with vehicles, the Organist and mainly a debuff machine and is quite tough at killing when you aren't using the right tools.

For the Doviculous fight, Don't worry about building the strongest army. It's best to take what you can and bring the heads down quickly, and jump the car through them as soon as one is down. The goal is to fight DV one on one, so as long as your Stage is still alive, nothing else matters.

Easy solution: (works on brutal too)
Summon hexadon and capture all fan geysers.
Upgrade stage to max level.
Deal with grave diggers with help of hexadon.
Made rally point in front of bridge.
Start creating headbangers, rockcrusher. Do not destroy towers!
Fly to ophelia base amd summon car. Destroy at least tree with heat seeking rockets.
Build merch to distract enemy.
To destroy stage summon zepelin and hexadon few times:)

lol i think it's pretty cool how everyone has their own way of doing it.

I didn't have any trouble with any other battle except the final ophelia battle (black tears) and a few "protect your troops" missions.
Where i literally had to carry around the last razor girl to win the mission.

I actually looked up "how to" and both the responses where "supossed cheats/cheaps"
That involed flying over the barrier and getting rid of the tree with homing missiles...
which i had none...nor any fan fare or missions to get some...lol

so in the end I simply (skip the obvious easy 1st part)...
Planted my flag at the entrance to the bridge. upgraded stage to final form.
Built army of razor girls and fire barons and a heal bike. that gathered at mouth of bridge.

destroyed barrier and hindenburged the first rush (including tree) then called of the wild to take out the tree and balloon. Then left 75% of my army at the bridge mouth and rushed to ophelia's stage with a group of fire barons and razer girls.
Spell blocked her stage. Then basically took out the reapers and vehicles while my squad destroyed the stage. (using the electric strings and heal axe)
While i continued to make fire barons and razor girls using "rally" spell to call them to me.

this was on NORMAL not sure if it would work on higher diffculty.
The whole fight with doviculou was fairly self explanatory.

makes me sad. when the game first came out i managed to play through the whole thing. now trying a second playthru and its too tedious. there is no "reward" feeling from the battles.

What i remember doing was a lot of summoning the car and then attacking the enemy with the car. right off the beginning go thru and capture every fan booth one after another as fast as i can. with no mistakes...

1. set spawn location of units at the fan booth i want to capture.
2. summon car and attack the location.
3.build fan tower a.s.a.p
4.immediately fly to next fan tower location and repeat till i get to the stage.
5. keep redoing the battle till i have the pattern memorized enough. so i know where the enemies come from, in what order i need to capture the fan booth locations.

trial and error style. memorization... that strategy is the only way i got thru the game. while i am doing that list above, i am also randomly creating units and upgrading the stage.

but now as i try another playthgough it doesnt seem worth it. i just want the battle to be over so i can go back to the non-battle aspect of the game cruisin around looking for trouble listening to metal.

its too hard to get the fan solo off before the green smoke turns to red smoke and im like ****. then ophelia pops in and owns the fan booth in 2 seconds and im like, **** this ****. so thats how i got past the game.

One other thing i just remembered. often i would leave a group of my troops to defend the fan booth i just captured. while i fly to the next to capture it. then bring the troops to defend the new booth... and i fly to capture the next.. for me it was all about sumoning the car and setting the spawn point.

Did you try the method that i wrote in my post? that worked for me atleast:
