Kill Master Post Game
I've been doing some post game scavenging. I have found everyone but the Kill Master. Is he still in the game? Does anyone know?

I see two of his bikers, but I don't see or hear him.

He plays the bass. You can talk to him if you get close. Also, you can drink with a biker, but not Killmaster.
