How do I climb walls/rocks

I'm stuck on the first level, I can't seem to climb the wall after that arrows shooting. I try pressing against the wall and it doesn't work, I try pressing ALT and it just jumps and doesn't climb onto the wall. Please help me, should I make a video to show you?

I can't believe noone commented on this sooner. Just hold down Ctrl whenever you want to climb something (waist height or otherwise). Ctrl also is the button to press when in the air to latch on to ledges. GL HF DD

If you're stuck with controls try going to Lara's Mansion (its in the start menu next to the passport) There Lara explains pretty much everything. That or do the assault course in TRII (which also involves Lara explaining everything - but better!)

Also, there's the manual for the game, you can see it by going to your library, right click on Tomb Raider game and select View Player Manual.

What Tomb Raider game have you been playing?! You can't just jump at a wall and expect to climb it automatically!

You must have it easy with whatever game you are playing.
