Screen Resolution

How do I raise the screen resolution? 640x480 looks really gross on my monitor.

Go to game library Tomb Raider 1. Then right click chose properties. Then pick set launch options. Enter -setup . Then launch the game and you will be greeted with the config options. Pick the resolution you want

My bad completely thats for all the other Tomb Raiders. For the original Tomb Raider Nglide is used. All covered in this guide here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=127637434

hi, ive tried using both methods described in the above link, but i cant seem to get either to work. before trying the second method should i undo what i did in the first method before starting? i have to appologise i am a total noob and dont really know what im doing, lol.

you have got to remeber that this game was originally made for win 95 and 98 in dos the game still reflects the era it was made in and the modern OS work in a slightly diferent way. try compatiblity mode it might help

We all started gaming sometime. Right-click on the dosbox.exe file in the Tomb Raider folder, select properties, and there's a section for it

start the game and use alt+TAB, after you can go to display dosbox setting and
i found out tomb raider 1 don't have 1080p resolution, that is not good. you can play 900P/30FPS tomb raider 1. if you not belving me that game is 30fps, start the game and click F2, you can se FPS screen.
