Somebody compiled it into an installer, which includes some bugfixes. It's called "The Automated Fix" if you wanna look for it. But even this is outdated nowdays.
But the thing I linked above is modern and still in development. It has a LOT of features which TombATI doesn't, including controller support and more.
I just ran it and the menu page looks really pretty in high definition.

I first played this game back in 96 or 97, i cant remember. I think it was 96 since i played it before i got married. Even though the game was out for MS-DOS as well i played it on the PS1
TR is responsible for me getting into computers for real. I messed around with older intel 8088 hardware up until TR. After that i got my first AMD 386, then a 486, Pentium, Celeron, Pentium 2, Pentium 3. Then i went back to AMD since intel was just ridiculously expensive to game on if you wanted decent hardware.
Ive used AMD most of my life out of necessity. Not having the budget to buy intel. Have a ryzen 5 5500 now.
