How can i find a riot gear?:?

Riot gear is alvalible in DLC Lonesome Road, there are three versions of it, basic riot gear can be bought from commissary terminal, or found in Hopeville armory in poor condion/Ashton Missile Silo behind locked door (50 lockpicking skill), Advanced Riot Gear can be found on NCR riot controll officer in The Crow´s nest. Elite Riot Gear can be found in Third Street Municipal Building - on the top floor on a dead NCR riot control. It can be reached via the sewer pipe that connects floors two and three, next to a sniper rifle and a large quantity of .308 rounds on the floor. Hope that helps.

well, then only alternative is Ranger Combat Armor or modification, there are tons of mods that add similiar armor as Riot Gear and you even need DLC for that (mostly) if you dont want to kill NCR soldier for that then just download some mod on Fallout nexus,( http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/ )

If you mean EXACLY riot gear then its in lonesome road in a commisary terminal for 2387-3000 or more (Higher barter skill - lower price) if you wanna advenced gear than its on highway road in colapsed building in up of this house you see trought window a hanging dead riot ranger and he have advenced riot gear... if you wanna elite riot gear then its on third municipal building trought little sewers un up you see dead riot ranger ghoul who wearing a elite riot gear with a sniper and ammo
