Text font in ingame PC Terminal Issue

Good day,
I wanted to ask for help with a text font problem in the terminal.
I turned on the game after a long time (and also without mods) and found that in the ingame PC terminal only some dots (special characters) were displayed instead of text.

I don't know if it's possible to add a screenshot here as an attachment, so I'm inserting a link to OneDrive.
