Game's screen freeze after quick-saving/autosave

Hello there!

I've got an annoying problem here with FNV freezing/crashing after doing a quick-save or going through doors to next location. It's not exactly crashing, because game seems to work, but screen freezes and you can do nothing, only using Process Manager or ALT+F4 make getting back to desktop possible. It isn't as scary as annoying, because computer seems fine. My computer, or rather laptop, is newly got Acer Aspire 3.

i5 11th-gen
Graphic card is Intel iRISx (Intel Iris Xe Graphics) with shared-storage.
8GB of DDR4 RAM
500GB SSD, NVMe HFM512GD3JX016N.

I tried installing a few mods, even not ones changing graphics or gameplay. Just some tweaks like JIP Script Extender, JIP Recipe menu for more comfortable crafting, NVAC, collision mesh fix and weapon mesh fix (original weapons' iron sights are seriously fk'd up, like 10mm pistol with it's front sight peaking over rear sight makes it annoying to aim).

It's not a big deal, but restarting game around 10-30 minutes is like... you know, irritating so you want to hit a wall with your forehead, or maybe it's my mental health problems.

Thanks. Actually I've got it working without freezing just by setting medium quality graphics. Still, I'll try this stutter remover and extender. Let's play a game the way it's meant to be played.

NVSR does not work properly on windows 10 and most likely will break the game even more. Also the NVSE, that you recommend is outdated, a newer version can be found here[github.com], but I assume Gerald already have it, because almost every mod requires it nowadays.
