Trapped in Allied Technologies offices, infinite load when try to come outside

Is there any way to fix it? I tried to load another save, then reload this and exit, but still infinite load. I have only one save file, I resaved from quick save to regular and deleted quick save, still didn't work. I don't want to lose 20+ hours of progress, please help.

Fixed the problem. If anyone has the same trouble, just wait 72 in-game hours. If you're playing in Hardcore mode, though, just use console commands to add water/food -- it's not cheating if you're combating bugs with console commands.
