funky and drunky

thats what I feel like trying to get the fish where I want it. It doesnt go well at all. I THINK the way to fix it? maybe more control over the camera, that its centered around the fish? maybe the fish is always pointing forward and everything else moves? or moving the fish doesnt move the fish but everything else? now im confused lol Good luck! I just cant figure out how to get the fish to go where I want it....
