Can't advance past the medication due to having a touchpad mouse

I can't take the medication in the tutorial because I have a laptop with a touchpad mouse that won't let me press the left button while holding the right button. Please add an alternate key to take the medicine so people with touchpad mice can play the game....

Its heartbreaking to see yet another potentially excellent indie horror game go the way of AI Slop, but I guess thats 2025 for you I really hope you remove the AI Images from this title, but until then I wont be supporting it and will actively be telling others to avoid...
