*EDIT* I am suposed to recive a Mail with a link to reset my Logindata so i can acces my Account but i wont get the mail... if i reset my Password i get the Mail within 20 sec.

After like 2 hours still no Email. did it like 30 times

anyone can help me?

Yeaaaa did you click a link in there? Did you check the actual destination of the link? None of my accounts have ever received any such emails. Did your account just get hacked?

I'd say it's a scam, since a "noreply" address wouldn't say "please respond to..."
Haven't got an email telling me to change my password, think you just got scammed dude.

Also looking at previous emails Trions email is @triongames.com
Always, always, always manually go to account management.

Ahh if you're just waiting for a password reset email then it could just be the servers being busy and its taking a while to process.

Give it some time and if it still is the same then contact Trion Support.

Okay.. I think I see what you mean. You can either wait to see if it shows up, or contact live support.
i got the same email word for word except from SWTOR. i havent bothered with that yet, but it is verbatim.
i hope the US livechat can help me even if im from EU :)
If you had a TW account back at Rift launch, your account may have been compromised and abused when they had their breach. That e-mail could have gone to someone else's address as a result. You should probably get a hold of live chat.
fun fact is if i reset password manual the mail is in my inbox 20 sec later and no problems... wating for lifechat now... 230 infront of me-.-
