thx glyph for banning my accounts for no reason

I have lots of friends getting banned too, and we don't even know why.

maybe if you explained exactly what the issue is someone could help you find a solution. Something I had happen recently was when ever I tried to start the game in glyph it crashed, however using a different account it worked fine. if this is the issue you are having you will need to submit a ticket or jump in live chat, it is a known problem but not one you can solve. it requires someone to make the fix server side.

apparently this has happened before, in error. CM Kiwibird seems to have pushed for a fix before so you best bet is to make a post on the defiance forums in the bug reports forums here http://forums.defiance.com/forumdisplay.php?76-PC-Bugs-and-Issues

I would also PM CM Kiwibird to bring it to her attention as soon as possible. To PM her find her post in the first link I gave, click on her name/private message.

I really doubt trion cruise this forum so if looking for advise from other players then this is still a good place to come, but any account issues you should head straight to defiance forums.

Did you get an email stating anything? If you're for real and also your friends (are they connecting from the same country as you do?) have been banned recently it is known that Trion detects bad ISP's in certain countries that host malicious content namely the Ukraine and other countries. If you are connecting from one of these areas that get flagged by Trion (google and or search the forums) then definitely go to the support team and be prepared to have to jump some hoops but you will definitely get your account back in these cases I have a few friends had this with Trion not just in Defiance. Usually an email is sent to you but as Bacon said unless you fit this category why waste CM or GM time on it.

Yesterday I just sign up a new account with my hotmail. And they just ban it today. are they preventing new players?

Firstly this is a Steam forum not Glyph support as people have mentioned. Secondly, don't create another account to post in the Defiance forums, having multiple forum accounts is bannable in itself. Trion will detect your ip through logging etc. and ban you it's even spoken about in that thread Biowulf linked you. You are banned now for that at the least from the forums anyways

You've made a couple of jibes and so I'm going to be blunt as you began with "seems like no one cares huh?" then you've ignored us and deflected all posts which begs the question, how much do you actually care about this yourself? Did you read the thread? You don't need to sign in or even have a anything to do with Trion to read it. I even Googled 'Defiance banned' to see what came up and looked for a recent thread to find low and behold........ the same freakin thread Bio linked you lol.
Your issue sounds like the same issue as others are having in the thread linked you and you didn't go into detail but you did say "It says your account is banned or suspended, but i did nothing wrong."
Fair enough, but did it say?
"Your account has been suspended or banned.

Read the thread too btw everyone is getting banned from the China, Taiwan area. Wait a minute..... isn't that where you said you and your friends are from too yeah, pretty relevant really so you should read the whole thread.

So no offence and sorry to be blunt, you now have all the information you need here and at the Defiance Forums. Contact Trion at the email address. After that, if you or your friends want to project or ask anything more you will unfortunately have to direct it towards the low life numbnuts around the part of the world you are connecting from that have been creating bot accounts more than likely trying to gain some kind of exploit/glitch within Defiance's in- game or Glyph's store or test their gamehacks or even perhaps to warehouse and or trade stolen items like weapons and gear from hacked accounts that have been restored hopefully to their rightful owners already, and you have been caught up in this somehow. It's not an area thing specific as I mentioned this has happened to friends of mine on the other side of the world to you and in different games. Maybe like they were banned, you all have been innocently connecting through malicious webhost providers, used dodgy infested vpn hosts, been victims of drive by browser hijacks, stupidly used free or even payhacks and have been backdoored permanently (I hope you know China is a large contributor in providing host services to illegitimate activities).
