[Opinion] Raziel or Kain?

I've always preferred Raziel, though I'm not sure why. Both are very strong characters and both have their flaws as well, so it's really down to personal preference.

I do feel that Raziel becomes a more interesting character whenever Kain is involved, and vice versa. They complement each other very well.

My personal favorite is Raziel. Even though Kain is an amazing character, it's Raziel confusion and determination to find all the answers no matter what that made him one of my favorite characters in the gaming world. He is stubborn, but when he sees he's made a mistake (like when he met his Sarafan self), he can admit it. And his ultimate sacrifice... *sigh* He definitely has the greatest character development in the entire series.

Good Question... I like Raziel's style and background, but Kain has the determination and the whole plot of the series backing him. I can not really say which I like more, as both are BAMF's and both have a good setting in the games' chronicles.

Kain, he is the definition of antihero. Raziel ends up being a glorified accessory for Kain to use anyhow.

Raziel are the best, but from gameplay Kain, because the switching beetwen the worlds, i hate it...

Well my opinion is slightly bias due to Soul Reaver being the first introduction to nosgoth I had experianced and fell in love with Raziel. Just the way he explained everything made me feel like I was having a book read to me. Speaking of which am I the only person who thinks that there should be a Legacy Of Kain book series?
