Screen blurry on every sever (Fixed)

I found the fix:

Search for the comment Riley posted on that discussion. If you for some reason can't go into that link here is the fix (credit goes to Riley)

1. Open options
2. Click on Multiplayer Tab
3. Click Advanced
Scroll down in the Multiplayer Advanced window and check off Film Grain, Lens Flare, Depth of Field, and HBAO, click here for image[dl.dropboxusercontent.com]
Hit ok

To ensure that it's off after you do that, open up your developer console and type in the following commands

nmrih_dof 0
nmrih_ssao 0
nmrih_grain 0
nmrih_lensflare 0
