Just a little question
My PC is old and that is true. I am playing on dx8 mode for more fps (yeees its not suported, i know). The question is: Can i turn off 'bloody hands effect' using any command in console/cfg edition? Almost invisible hands are not a problem, but will be nice if its possible. ;)

There's a bunch of generic commands (and some options) to improve performance for source games, I'm not sure if those work with nmrih, but you can try if you want

In audio options:
Speaker Configuration: Set to 2 speakers
Sound Quality: Set to Low

Video options:
Resolution: 800*600 if your pc really sucks
Aspect Ratio: 4:3
Advanced: Everything to the lowest possible

Now the cvars:

cl_detaildist 0
mat_bumpmap 0
mat_clipz 1
mat_fastnobump 1
mat_specular 0
muzzleflash_light 0
r_drawflecks 0
r_drawmodeldecals 0
r_drawparticles 0
sv_robust_explosions 0
r_waterforceexpensive 0
mat_parallaxmap 0
dsp_slow_cpu 1

There are more commands, but the game would look like doom 1 if used and, as I said, idk how many of those work with nmrih and if sv_cheats is needed.
