I think Maxx the lead dev and the one that sold out to torn banner is what you mean. Torn banner bought the game in its extraction shooter state.

Maxx really did let us down.

After waiting for the game to release at midnight twice I knew the game was gonna be horrible. They really led people with a carrot on a string for 10 years.

I think what upsets me the most is I saw a beta version of what was to be the new game back on YouTube years ago. And it looked amazing. They basically scrapped all of that and attempted to make a woke, soulless, generic cash grab off the NMRIH name. It's absolute bullshiet.
