How long will it take to 100% this game and is possible?

No time at all with precision and guidance. Manhattan project is a massive time sink the developers didn't intend for players to get legit, but it's a larger bragging right if you're down for the grind. Most of the player's I've seen that have had it use a map and call it a day. I look at it as an end of the road kind of bench mark I'm not aiming for but I'll get there. The objective nightmare achievement is a breeze once you get down the gimmicks they want you to play around. If it's not your cup of tea get it on cabin super easily. For survival NOTLD/Isolated/Camp Blood sit in the top section let one good player carry you with melee outside all you've gotta do is sit your pretty behind on the zone. Yes, all of these maps have spots that can let you camp with impunity while someone can carry. Nightmare is a time sink more than a difficulty, I don't regard it as fun so play it solo.

The game is relatively easy to pick up, difficult to master. You need the bare minimum to be a coherent player all people need is some direction and common sense.

You can get most achievements in a span of 60 - 100 hours with the Manhattan Achievement being a kind of joke achievement that you can cheese with the help of achievement maps.

I've been playing this game close to a decade now, seriously playing it for the last 6 years, and only recently have I gotten the full achievements. It's a game that you're going to invest in. I had to cheese the manhatten project, but to be fair, everyone else that I know has this achievement had to do the same thing.

Gotta put time into it.
