How to install sourcemod plugins in local server?

So I downloaded 2 plugins that I want to use together with the "Create Server" option in the main menu.
The addons don't show up in the "Add-Ons > Local" option, and I tried the commands listed on the sourcemod page of the plugins both in the chat and in the console while in the server I created and nothing happens.

If you installed metamod and sourcemod right it should work with -insecure added in the launch options

Oh I see, I didn't see that I had to install sourcemod, dumb oversight on my part (and much less metamod, actually I didn't see anything about it on any google search I made).
It works perfectly now! Also, I didn't know it had to go into commonapps\nmrih\nmrih\ (so, the second nmrih folder, not the first one, but now it seems obvious since most of the archives are into the second one...)
