Yes Maxx, do one plz, for that meme
Me too.
(Will you guys make gun skins? xD)
Again though I'm not sure like, what the *deal* with Patreon is... it's a monthly thing, correct? So you should get something every month?
I'd feel real bad about doing this because we're obviously putting all our available free time into working on the game, I mean we don't even have a real website for nmrih2 yet and only done one video because we don't one person dedicated to marketing or PR. I'd hate for people to sign up to give us money and then be disappointed that they didn't get much of anything in return.
I mean this is really the main reason I made the first nmrih free, I felt like it was, to be honest, kinda junk and it was just a mod and I really didn't want to charge people money for something that they might be disappointed in haha
I mean, what sane game developer would say something like that?
And memes, Maxx plz honey, memes
i'd say if you don't really like kickstarter then instead try to make something similar that allows people to donate a certain fee on the site, that will cover the financials first of the project to maintain it healthy and positively. It's not because you don't have a site that you're not able to just launch a kickstarter page, i think there are some people out there that would love to fund you guys, but oh well it's up to you, either do a kickstarter or make like a donation button onto the nmrih 2 site which is actually what i would advice you to do if you don't want to show off on kickstarter yet. After all you gotta keep it healthy and steady.
A special thanks in the credits and an raffle entry into the closed beta would suffice.
Me in particular, I'd donate because I enjoyed the hell out of the first game and want to show my appreciation. That and, I want NMRiH2 to be just as good or better.
