Few months ago, we published on itch.io a very first playtest[sw4n.itch.io] of a modular building system developed for Pir4te project. Pir4te is a solo dev project created by Sw4n few years ago.

Since this Pir4te Playtest, YaourtNature joined Sw4n, and we started working on a new project: Bucko.
These last months we improved a lot the modular building system from Pir4te, and we also created the new artistic direction of Bucko, with new assets and new workflows.

Today, we are super glad and happy to announce that finally, the new modular building system playtest is open, directly on Steam! 🔥
It's been a long race, and there's still a lot to do, but nothing makes us happier than working with passion, and sharing our work with other passionate.

This playtest is not a demo. Despite our best efforts, many bugs remain to be found and fixed, and there are many areas for improvement. Please help us to find them, help us making the best possible modular building system!
Keep in mind this playtest is focused on the modular building system, it does not contain combat, multiplayer, navigation, customization, NPCs, etc.

The best way to give us your feedbacks is to join Bucko's Discord, where you'll also find all updates about the game developments, important announcements, chat channel with the community, etc. We also plan to create a little screenshot challenge, so get ready to build your most beautiful homes!
