No...steam achievements are different then the games...im not sure if the developer puts them in the game..or steam does on it's end.
The achievement itself was added by Xseed (more specifically, Sara handled that part from what Tom told us with Oath and Origin's releases), but measuring Tarf was something Falcom put in there. Xseed just opted to make a good number of the achievements center around finding those easter eggs, which is definitely a good way to do them since the achievements help us discover things we may not have found otherwise.
I have to admit, I love the art for the achievement. Somehow putting "I refuse to draw this" makes it seem so much worse.
Yea...i agree..love the achievemt system..although at first i thought it was more of a "let's be like xbox achievements ripoff" thing..now..i found them more amusing..and that picture drawing..now we will always wonder what's under that!!!!Mysteries indeed!
Edit: Actually I found out just now that when he says 'the village is the other way' he still follows me, would've saved me tons of time if I tried that the first time :P
