Linked the wrong one. (chill out)
"Not a Steam account"
If you submit results to an 3dmark.com account that is not linked to a Steam account, it cannot award achievements to your Steam account.
This is in fact bit surprising, Steam version of 3DMark should only submit to an account linked to the Steam ID of that account.
Do you have two 3DMark.com accounts (one with email+password, one with steam sign-in)? If so, merge the two under settings - account merge on 3dmark.com and then try again.
This isn't making sense. What changed? I've been using this program for years via my steam account with 69 hours in the application. I used to get achievements just fine. In settings, it shows login accounts as "3dMark, Steam". It does not matter whether I log in via my 3dMark account using my email/pass, or with the steam login button. Both methods take me to the same account with the same results. Choosing to merge does nothing.
I've gone as far as to select "delete account" which also does nothing. I can still login using either my e-mail/pass, or the login w/ steam and here we are again. Still on the same account, same keys, same account linked.
Something is broken.
Sorry for hijacking your thread
I replied to your ticket.
DO NOT delete 3dmark.com account unless your intention is to permanently stop using 3DMark. Licenses will not be released on account delete and the license cannot be reused with a new account.
The specific issue was partially due to Steam API issues that showed incorrect data to our admin interface, leading me to believe that your account somehow was not properly linked to your Steam ID. This is incorrect, it is perfectly fine.
