Hired soldiers do not appear on management list
I hire soldiers and they never appear on my soldier management list they get counted as in base but i cant use them

When in the soldiers tab. Did you check the unassigned section in the bottom left?

Takes a couple days for them to arrive.

Try the buttons labeled "Game manual" and "Quickstart Guide" on the launcher.
