for some reason the developer stopped supporting the game i want to know the reason

I got a bug where after the 12 am computer reboot nothing shows up on the computer at all such as the text on screen. its just blank no matter what I do. and other one is that isn't game breaking is that the game has trouble loading onto the next level or going to the menu. Its fine when starting the game and choosing the day its just that it happens after that....
