Server Help (Hamachi)

i need help on how to create a hamachi Cry of Fear server for my friend and I and I dont know how. I cant find any vids on youtube so I need your guys's help

Here's a step by step procedure.

1. Create a Hamachi Network. Name it whatever you like.
2. Have your friends join that network.
3. Who ever is going to be host must create a new co op game.
4. After the co op game is created get all the other players to start Cry Of Fear
5. When they get to the main menu, press the "`" or the key under the escape button, this opens up the console
6. type in "connect <insert Hamachi IP Here>" with out the quotes or arrows.
7. Enter
8. You are now in the game!

Well It says my friend cant connect :(

It may be your friends' anti-virus or Firewall causing him to not connect. He might need to temporary disable Windows Firewall and his Anti-Virus (temporary uninstall if he cannot disable it) and attempt to connect again.

i think he skipped the step where before you type in "connect ip address" your suppose to put "sv_lan 0"

It just tells me 'retrying' then 'failed to connect to game server.'
