How do I unlock Sick Simon fight?
Will I be able to fight Sick Simon if I killed carcass but do not trust the doctor with the gun?
I would be very upset having to run the whole game one more time just for this :S

Or perhaps anyone has a savefile with Sick Simon fight?

If you kill Carcass and do not trust the doctor you will fight sick simon, for book simon (true ending) you need to kill Carcas and trust the doctor
