Report a translation problem
A. The developer was smart enough to negate the effects of any changes made to skills.cfg (likely).
B. I was in the wrong skills.cfg (unlikely).
C. A lyrics quote from a song: "so if it's easy for you, it's not so easy for me" (guess the name of the song and the band that plays it for a cookie.)
It doesn't matter anymore. I read this game won't run on Windows 10 and I'm upgrading at the end of May.
I haven't touched this game in 5 years or so. So i can't help too much. But if you only changed the "take damage" modifiers, you shouldn't be slow. Then again... the developers have updated this game once or twice. No doubt probably seen this topic(maybe?) and patched up sill.cfg changes. These devs hate every ounce of cheating in this 'meh' game.
