Companions missing

So I got charon as a companion and during the main quest of waters of life he went missing, I didnt really care since he didnt had anything relevante and got paladin cross, in robco facility paladin cross also went missing without a trace, is this some kind of bug? It didnt appear she died or something, I didnt dismissed and neither charon is at the underworld or cross is at the citadel.
Ive also waited 3 in game days and nothing
Any console commands to get them back?

The command to move them to you is "moveto player" but first you need to target them with the "prid xxxx" command (the xxxx is their refid). You may have to repeat the commands to get them to work because sometimes the game has to load other areas or stuff to work.

For Paladin Cross it would be.
